At Van Noort Bulb Co. Ltd., we strive for complete satisfaction with every purchase; if you are not entirely pleased with your order, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your customer account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a pre-paid shipping label.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the unworn items with all original tags attached into the original shipping box or a secure alternative mailer.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
